And so the name is very fitting. In addition, while there are some great alternative spaces where attempts have been made to achieve this, we feel the message about “why” the fandom needs it is lost. Connection.
In 2019, it is merely not good enough to simply throw links to material and go about our way. For a deep community connection to exist there has to be some type of integration built in to let people form lasting bonds over what they love.
